"Mr Big" is rude and doesn't know anything. Blames everybody but himself. Brought our taxes in on a Thursday because they said it would be done same day with instant cash back. Got a call at 5pm saying that we will gave to wait a week because this man didn't want to do them. I went to pick them up and he "did them" but forgot all my deductibles. H&R block ... gang de cr*&^^ m'ont charger 200$ pour mes impots que je suis allee porter 2ieme semaine de mars en plus de me dire qu'ils les feront pas en avril grrrrrr premiere et derniere fois que j'fais affaire avec eux !!
Ils sont très bête et le service est mauvais.
