Usually go to an accountant but he retired so I went here. I worked with a younger girl who honestly, completely messed up my taxes. She first told me I owed $500 then it went down to $89, which sounds great but it wasn't. I went to pay online for all my taxes and she ended up never getting a voucher she was supposed to include in my packet. It shows you have Rhonda for virtual but I was told she no longer works there? She has been doing my taxes for years and she is absolutely amazing and it was a big disappointment she is no longer there. But if she is why tell me otherwise? If she is not why is her image still up saying she is doing virtual? Either way this is very upsetting and needs to be clarified for the people who actually stay with the same tax consultant. Very confusing and wrong wither way.
Drove here to get my taxes done at 5 and was told someone else booked at 5 and they confirmed so they get the appt. I received a call and voicemail the same day stating my appt was for said time… why wouldn’t they just call me and tell me that someone else got the appointment because they confirmed even though I HAD the appointment scheduled since dec???? Sorry but the communication is not right & this deserves exactly what it’s getting, 1 star. 👎🏻
