Worst not honest service at bayshore mall They told me its a new system that there is no more instant pay, i told them online they said instant pay but they told me no, thats the first year they don't do that anymore. Then i cancel my appointment and went to Hr block at Donald st with Nancy which was so great and did for us instant pay. Thank you
Most unprofessional environment I have ever heard of. My friend went back to this tax firm as she had issues with her tax return, with advice I have provided with professional accountants I know, and advice from the cra themselves. One of the employees here proceeded to continuously cause errors in letters that had to be written to prove a marriage for spousal credit due to her spouse not being able to work due to his presence arriving in Canada recently. I went yesterday to file taxes with my husband and the lady told me wait while she was on the cell phone talking. I waited for 10 minutes and left. I’m sorry that’s not the greatest customer service.
I had a horrible experience with this location! They lie and they are not straight forward. Fiona is the worst accountant I dealt with in my life and she made me pay for my mom’s final tax return and she never finished it. I had to take my papers to another location to get the job done. Never again! I will file a complaint against this location with the head office.
