We waited for an hour after our appointment time and then waited for two hours while bariqi setijoso did nothing because he had absolutely no idea what he was doing and then told us we can get food and come back to finish our taxes but instead of finishing them with us he took on another client and said he can’t go them anymore and that we have to come back another time. We are so frustrated with him. He needs to be fired.
