Disappointed – Won’t Be Returning I recently visited H&R Block in Napanee to file a simple self-employed small business return. Before the appointment, I specifically asked about pricing and was told at the front desk it would be $250. Expensive but I booked the appointment anyway. When the return was completed I was charged $450 — almost double what was quoted. I came fully prepared, with all documents neatly organized.
