Good experience last year. This year a lady called to let us know our taxes were ready for pickup,then told us we can come in Friday, until 8pm. Also said not working the weekends. Way to waste my cab fare and not know your own hours. Complaint filed.

Been a loyal client of H&R Block for well over 25 years, almost 20 at this Miramichi Location. Every year, I am asked to read and sign the Privacy policy, after having read, I always disagree, because the policy does not protect my info, it protects H&R Block from potential lawsuits from potential privacy breaches.
