They were very helpful and friendly to work with. I even helped shovel their walkway while I waited after a storm.
If I could give a minus -1 I would. It’s been almost 3 weeks and they still have not completed my simple tax return. Whenever I call they say they are still in process and that they are waiting for someone to review them and they don’t have a time frame for when they will be finished. Now I have to pick up and take them somewhere else or wait an unknown amount of time. So unprofessional!!
