Do t even want to give this place one star but that is the minimum. They told me it was forgivable debt and now I have collections calling me. I have used them my whole life but now they shit the bed. Can’t get ahold of anyone and and they have reduced their hours. 40 year relationship is finished because of incompetence
The one of the staff members at h&r went above and beyond to get in contact with me , these guys are great ive been using them for over a decade. Great customer service from when you walk in till you leave. Highly recommend
This is positively and absolutely the worst H&R block office in Canada. I have dealt with H&R Block for years and years and they were the best in Watrous, SK. Now I live in Kelowna, BC and deal with the most unprofessional, uneducated people I have ever met. I have been dealing with Revenue Canada now for over a year and still my 2023 taxes are not resolved with them because of the mishandling of my taxes. I had an awful experience at this tax office. Not only were their services extremely overpriced, but the staff was also unhelpful and unprofessional. They made simple tasks confusing, gave unclear advice, and took way longer than necessary to get things done. It felt like they cared more about charging high fees than actually helping their clients. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Save your time and money – go somewhere else!
