Great service 3yrs in a row!
I would give no stars if that was an option. I paid these tax experts to file my taxes and I noticed she didn’t claim multiple things that I did the year prior, when I asked the lady doing my taxes she told me it wasn’t needed. I got my notice of reassessment in the mail and I owed $1,057!! Look, I understand having to pay taxes but I have no idea what I paid them for! Beyond upset, I could have saved $200 and butchered my own taxes when trying to file, thanks for nothing !

Had to file the last taxes for my deceased mother. And such a horrible experience. The man at the front desk was annoyed at doing every part of "his job". Starting from making the appointment to going again for the appointments. He was not happy about doing his job and honestly he should not be doing it. Like I don't have enough to deal with right now. It was not a good experience in the slightest. And the rest of the office does not seem very organized or on time. Will never deal with them again. Giving even 1 star is very ... read more
