Not upfront with their charges. We were told it would cost us about $300 and instead they charged us over $800 (but didn't let us know until the end, otherwise we could have left and done our taxes elsewhere.) The people who worked there were nice but the woman doing our tax return didn't seem to know much about our type of tax return (with a rental property). I had a wonderful experience at this H&R block. Nasir was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I recommend for anyone who needs to get their taxes done to go to this location. I give this place a big 5 star review.
Worst experience ever, never returned one phone call...
Horrible Horrible Horrible, Never again
Was good and punctual. Even had "copied" T4's from the CRA that worked. Providing the proper forms was quick turnaround. Now have to wait for the government for the deposit :).
