Worst customer service experience I have had at a business. I went in to inquire about getting my taxes done and if they would have time to finish them before they closed for the day as I was from out of town. I was greeted with a receptionist that seemed nice enough but was unsure of most questions. A lady then spoke up from her cubicle seeming very annoyed.
