Amazing and very helpful staff!! I was no longer than 20 minutes and I even had a couple issues that they helped resolve. The receptionist went above and beyond even helping me find my bank since I'm not from the area. If ypu want fast and friendly help with your taxes I definitely recommend this place!
Worst customer service experience I have had at a business. I went in to inquire about getting my taxes done and if they would have time to finish them before they closed for the day as I was from out of town. I was greeted with a receptionist that seemed nice enough but was unsure of most questions. A lady then spoke up from her cubicle seeming very annoyed.
