This review is for Necayla. Not only was she a very knowledgeable tax pro, but she was also very kind and patient with my many questions. Even though she was extremely busy on tax day and she was not my assigned tax pro, she still took the time to answer my questions in between her own clients. Thank you so much Necayla! I have never visited this location nor do I live nearby and I haven't used H&R Block in years but for the past couple of years I've gotten automated emails notifying me of an appointment at this location that I never requested. I was hoping last year was just a weird fluke but I got the appointment email again today. How do I stop this??
