I’ve been going to this location to file my taxes early for the early cash Advance for years. This year they had a glitch in the system causing my federal and state tax refund to get amended… it’s going to be June and the IRS is still processing my thousands of dollars that’s due back to me. That’s about $10,000 due back to me on hold for who knows how long due to their glitch in their system. I need some type of compensation. I’m sooo infuriated.

So I’m really not the type to leave reviews (good or bad) but this experience made it necessary. Not only will I never use H&R Block again (any location), but this process has turned me off on using any chain tax company. Never again. Normally I just do my own taxes but I’m new to MD and had some more complicated stuff this year so I got them done professionally. It should be noted I’m from a state with NO state tax so this was all very new to me. An error through work caused me to owe WAY more than I was expecting. A bummer... read more
