This review is for Necayla. Not only was she a very knowledgeable tax pro, but she was also very kind and patient with my many questions. I have never visited this location nor do I live nearby and I haven't used H&R Block in years but for the past couple of years I've gotten automated emails notifying me of an appointment at this location that I never requested. I was hoping last year was just a weird fluke but I got the appointment email again today. How do I stop this??
