Roxanne at the H&R Block location off of Jarvis has been doing my taxes for over 10 years. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Even with my busy schedule, she tries to accomodate wherever possible, whether it's staying late or meeting over the weekend. I went to the Newark location and I had an appointment with Mustafa. He was very helpful and professional. He had no problems with doing my taxes.
Mustafa and Brenda were great! They definitely took care of me and all my needs. Will be coming back to this location next year for sure!
Branda was very thorough, positive, patient, and more than helpful. She showed me all the details and not only SAVED me money, but got me a refund also! I highly recommend her!
