I understand that the person I was with may have been in training, but that does not excuse that this was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional setting I have ever endured. I requested to file a certain way (correctly) only to end up with her labeling me INCORRECTLY and then acting like I was the one who said it when she was questioned (and corrected) about it by her trainer.
