I came here for help filling out forms after receiving an irs notice. The person helping me ( very inexperienced) misread the letter and basically asked what i wanted. He had his associate come and help and all he wanted to do was print the forma and hand them to me. Thanks for nothing. Definitely not using HR block ever again.
Worked with a couple of people at this location. There's an older lady to the left of the cubicles who was only trying to go by the book it seems and get paid. She spoke of this nonsense regarding typical tax information just to move forward with the steps. Wasn't interested in answering my questions or communicating regarding my responses but stayed quiet. There's a grumpy guy to her right who was rude. Nobody wants their time wasted but as a customer I don't want to be left without a refund I can claim. Don't ask for repea... read more
