Booked an appointment at 7pm waited 45 minutes and Noone that was open would help me. I had to just do it online. Don't book an appointment because they don't honor them. One woman who was free straight out refused to do my taxes
I opted for the drop off and quick phone call option with H&R block, and had the pleasure of working with Kesha Houston. She was efficient, warm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Great overall experience.
Ethan is the best
This was a rip off ,lady charged me 400.00 to do my taxes and then missed a form which caused my advance to be denied now I'm paying for it they are underqualified and inaccurate and rip you off. I'll never go back or refer to anybody
