I don’t understand how a company like H&R Block can operate in Canada this way without any oversight or consequences. There is zero customer service, no price transparency, and the quality of the service is simply poor. On top of that, they overcharge for what they offer. They show no respect for people’s time, and if you share a negative experience, there’s no accountability or follow-up. You're better off doing your taxes yourself, not only will you save money, but you’ll also save time and frustration
Le pire service que j'ai jamais eu. J'ai envoyer mes information en avril. J'ai eu une confirmation qu'ils vont commencer mes impots... aujourdhui le 6 juin 2025, mes impots sont en retard, aucune commnication, aucune réponse de leur part. J'ai tenter de les joindre au moins 5 -6 fois par téléphopne ou par message sur le site, aucun retour d'appel. Compagnie a éviter
