I made an appointment online to do an in-person tax review way ahead of time so I could be aware of all information and see it be processed. I was called the day of my appointment and told they couldn’t do in person even though that’s how I made my appointment. I had issues the previous year at the Ravenna H & R Block office as they didn’t file my city taxes correctly, so I asked over the phone call if I could be helped with those and she made it seem like it would be no problem!
