This is first time I’ve used H&R Block for anything, and it’s also the reason I’ll be going back to TurboTax next year. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever been a part of. I went there roughly a month before 4/15 in the hope I can get my taxes done early and not wait until the last day. Is this normal? Had a really difficult time trying to get help. Not very nice people, even when using their website to communicate with an accountant. And whoever answers the phone had a legitimate attitude. I hope her day gets better. I'm not sure if this is H&R or TSA.
Kim was Very Knowledgeable and inviting, she made me feel comfortable with the process.
