Went to get my taxes done by H&R block and a woman named Brooke Taylor was assigned to do it. After she put the numbers in she told me that I was only getting back $250 dollars which I knew was wrong because I had over 500 hours of overtime and I didn't owe anything. I asked her to double check and she reluctantly did and the numbers came back the same.
