A few years ago, I filed my taxes and they accidentally filed the same year twice, gave me a refund. And then a month later told me I owed them money. I was nervous to file and so I waited 3 years to file my taxes. I finally decide to give them another chance and file my taxes at the downtown location, I submitted my paperwork in April, the agent “forgot” to call me back.
