Where do I begin. I called H& R Block to make an appointment to have a professional who deals with Final Taxes with deceased parents. I was referred to Yali & made an appointment March 28 @ 6:00. The receptionist informed me to bring all Tforms received, Death Certificate & a Lawyers stamped certification of last testimony of will showing beneficiaries & probate certified document. My husband and I went to do our our taxes today. We sat down with a women and right from the start the appointment seemed off. I had booked the appointment online for both my husband and I to complete our taxes. She was not aware it was for two. There was no history of us doing our taxes there the year before that either.
