Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable
Submitted tax return in April and still no word in July. Called to ask what was the hold up and only got a “we are busy” response. I have used h&r block in the past and have had my returns done in 1 day. Seems unusual for it to be taking this long. Disappointing.
Very bad experience,many mistake, paper work send way too late, resulting in problem
