Worst place to file your tax, affecting my every tax return because these people made a mistake.
I have been filing my taxes in this location for a couple of years now. Nathalie did a good job with my taxes; however, when my partner had to pay his taxes, he paid a different amount than we were told. It’s frustrating when that happens, especially when his taxes took three weeks to be completed. He was charged 225$ instead of 180$ and we dropped our taxes together on March 07.

Employee was zero help. I had to know what questions to ask. We were just his 6:30pm appointment. These are not professionals looking out for your best interest and trying to get you your proper return. You are taking up his time and can’t wait for you to get out of there
