I've never had an issue with taxes until I came here to H&R Block. When I tried to resolve the issue I was having staff seemed to have some poor communication with me. I was very disappointed with my experience. I don't think I will be going back here ever again.
I would never recommend H&R Block to anybody I know, considering they completely screwed up my taxes during one year and then refused to help me fix the problem that they messed up for the next year. The people that work here are completely incompetent and have no idea what they’re doing. I’m still jumping through hoops trying to get my money back from this place that basically robbed me and still waiting for a call back from anybody who can help me deal with this situation I have a case number and everything to describe the... read more
