i was bringing my taxes in to have them done but i heard a male worker there who was using very offensive language and decided to get my taxes done elsewhere. i believe his name may be Brian. Very unprofessional.
The place was really nice inside and everyone was so friendly Kim was absolutely amazing with my feturn It wasn't a easy one but she took the time to do it properly I would highly recommend to everyone
Kim was incredibly thorough and explanatory through the process of filing my taxes. She answered my questions and made sure everything was understood before sending me on my way. On top of being very friendly, she is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in everything tax related. I would highly recommend her as a tax professional and will continue to see her for future filings.
Came in with 4 pieces of paper, very simple tax preparation, I know because I have been doing it myself for years. Wanted a professional to have a look to ensure clarity. 25 min later they drop a $283 bill on me, with no warning it would be anywhere near that high. They laughed off my shock, because I assume they do that to unsuspecting clients all the time. Feeling quite ripped off.
I was served by Irene Borre and She did an amazing job. I am really happy with her service, and her way of dealing with customers is mind blowing.
