A friend of mine had someone do her taxes here. $197 and they had no idea what they were doing- failed to input her information or address correctly. They also failed to input her status as an immigrant, despite pushing a voluntary audit on her for an extra charge. As a result, her taxes return was sent to the wrong address. First mistake went here to do small business taxes. My first year in business. Cost small fortune and the lady doing taxes seem more concerned with just getting them done and not about getting the most back. My wife and I also did personal taxes there at the same time and was told we had to come back to sign some papers because she didn’t split the income.has called them twin to set up an appointment, answering machine.
