The worst service I've ever had. I left everything ready, and they assured me the process would be started, and now no one responds to the messages I send them. Now I have to find someone who does their job, and their online page doesn't work at all.

Brutal was recommended to this location by the 124st location to accelerate the processing of my GST/HST filing. Went in for a drop in and they recommended I make an appointment for Monday at 3. I show up Monday at 3 but the lady can’t do GST returns. They schedule me Wednesday at 4pm. I confirm the date and put in my calendar. I come back on Wednesday and they tell me “oh no sir it’s next Wednesday good bye see you next week.” Yeah no you won’t. 🤦🏼♂️
