If I could leave a zero star review I would. Never answer phones, left voice-mail still waiting, they were supposed to file numerous years all at once but received letter from cra that 2023 isn't filed causing my granddaughter to lose her ccb. It's pathetic

The worst tax return service: They charge me almost 200$ for one T4 More than 4 agents in the office are unable to define my correct status in canada In the beginning they told me that I would get a refund after that they told me no you need to pay to the government and they started to explain to me that is correct and you needed to pay. After I paid the fees they told me that I would get a refund. It is my first time and the last time

This place is great—the staff are friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I was helped right away without any wait. Deborah Ann was the one who took care of my taxes, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She had such a warm and kind personality that instantly put me at ease. Not only was she sweet and professional, but she also completed everything quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciated her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing tax assistance.
