I walked in for a drop in, after waiting half an hour the lady said it would likely be another couple hours, awful service

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Never answer phones, left voice-mail still waiting, they were supposed to file numerous years all at once but received letter from cra that 2023 isn't filed causing my granddaughter to lose her ccb. It's pathetic
