I did retrieve my negative review because the step I took afterwards with provincial to verify the problem, the difference of amount was an error from Provincial and not from H&R Block. With that being clarify, the service I received from them on my taxes was the correct amount. Their service is good.
Dropped off my documents mid March and I still have no update from them. I have called and shown up and I get no answers. I do no recommend this place at all.

MAJ 2025....déjà 1 mois d'attente pour avoir nos rapports et toujours en attente et n'avons toujours pas de date pour passer les prendre. Par contre un nouveau client pourra ramasser ses rapports dans 2 semaines....assez c'est assez..après plus de 7 ans...notre argent sera bon ailleurs Des renseignements que nous avions mentionnés à l'agent n'ont pas été pris en compte ce qui nous a apporté que des problèmes avec les ministères du revenu...et avons dû payer près de 700$...donc c'est terminé pour nous..5 ans de fidélité...plu... read more
