Is this place still open? I’m calling but no answer. And the answer phone machine has the wrong dates and time that you are open, I turned up saterday and everything was shut
This business location seems to be permanently closed. Posted hours are 1-5pm Mondays and Wednesdays, but the few hours they keep aren't kept and phone calls aren't answered. Made some good conversation with other disgruntled would be customers that visited and waited, though, so it has some potential for a new social hotspot maybe?
This company entered the wrong amount of money I made on my 2022 income tax. That now has cost me 1375..... this company needs to be held responsible for their mistakes..... you cost me large... DONT GO HERE, HE LETS INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE DO TAXES. NO DOUBLING CHECKING TO MAKE SURE INFO IS RIGHT. NOW I SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. GOLDEN HAS OTHER TAX PREPARERS AND CHEAPER. I will be reporting Keith and making sure he is accountable for his company's mistakes.... Worst place to go

I’m so frustrated and disappointed they charged me 120 dollars for the tax return filing in 2021. Made an mistake and now i have to $800 dollars again to the CRA. Would never go there please avoid it at all costs.
