I had some issues doing my taxes online and was not receiving the support I needed over the phone or online. I went to this H&R Block location - the manager, SL, and the lady at the front, Erica, were such helps. They were able to connect me with a customer support representative who cleared everything up. These two are great!!
My experience with H&R Block was so horrific it took me a year to write this. They had the audacity to automatically make me an appointment (and then changed it) to complete 2024 taxes and I realized it was finally time to share my experience. In 2024 I filled my 2023 taxes almost to completion online but I had questions. I live very close so I figured I would just go into the office to get to the bottom on my questions and get it all done in an afternoon.
