The old Indian guy in the glasses that works in the back wouldn't accept my tax form slips after he did it rushed through it fast just tell me after not valid and I needed some other docs I have never gone through this my life . Went to another h and r and told me that's all I needed this place doesn't tell you the truth they find you wierd some form of discrimination here is what I felt.
My mother in law brought her taxes in and they said they would be done in 2 weeks. She called and they couldn't find them. They said they would call her back. They didn't and she had to chase them for a week. They still could not find them. Thankfully they were found and completed and they had the gaul to charge her full price $155 after all the worrying she did. While i was in the location making a complaint they couldn't find another persons paper work. DON'T GO HERE!
Showed up for our 4:15 appointment only to be told that they send an email 30 minutes before saying there wasn't anyone available. After showing my disappointment they found someone to help but left us in the waiting room for 30 minutes. After we finally got in and sat with the tax specialist we were told she didn't know how to do it and needed to follow-up appointment. Following that the follow-up appointment was canceled. This is the worst place I have ever been. Completely unprofessional and waste of time I sat and waited for 4 hours having made an appointment- only to have them not able to complete the return. I came back the following weekend to wait another 3 hours to find out that my file wasn’t complete. If I could give them a 0 star I would they don’t care at all about your time and are so so rude and really don’t care. It was a complete disaster. STAY AWAY!!
