Jeff did my taxes for me and he was super friendly and patient, even though my paperwork was a mess. Also, while I was there, i could hear another customer come in and start being really rude and aggressive with the front desk guy. A different employee, maybe the manager, went up front and completely shut it down. As someone that's worked quite a few customer service jobs, I was really impressed that he was so supportive and protective of the staff.
