Terrible service. You make an appointment, show up on time after waiting a week for them to tell you they cant do your taxes cause their a first year and try to reschedule you with someone who knows what their doing. Lovely place to go if you want to be parted with your money. Maybe ask these questions when you schedule someone in? Lol. Never again with H&R. Its always something. For how much they charge you'd think they'd have someone qualified. Nope!
Worst place ever never again
I have never seen such a un professional place. 3 grown women yelling ,from one end of the store to other. One yelled "what" harsh and sharp infront of a customer, to another. After she had left her customer to sign the other out the other woman's. So her customer sat and waiting 20 minutes. Now about my service. My wife and used them years ago. My friend suggested coming here. Glad I did! The other locations were busy at the time and I didn’t have the confidence from past experiences at those other ones. After coming to my appointment, I didn’t even need to wait, I walked away with confidence knowing Charlene went above and beyond. I’ll be coming back next year!
