I have never seen such a un professional place. 3 grown women yelling ,from one end of the store to other. One yelled "what" harsh and sharp infront of a customer, to another. After she had left her customer to sign the other out the other woman's. So her customer sat and waiting 20 minutes. Now about my service. My wife and used them years ago. My friend suggested coming here. Glad I did! The other locations were busy at the time and I didn’t have the confidence from past experiences at those other ones. After coming to my appointment, I didn’t even need to wait, I walked away with confidence knowing Charlene went above and beyond. I’ll be coming back next year!
