So I went there on a Saturday, lady there asked if I want to wait or book an appointment, and since there was long line I booked an appointment the next weekend. I made sure to inform her that it's my first time filling taxes. So she took my infos. I go back 8 days after, 5 min before my scheduled appointment, waited 40 min ... You can schedule an appointment but they will help walk ins and have you wait . I sat in the store for an hour where 2 customers walked in and were served before me who had an appointment.
