So I went there on a Saturday, lady there asked if I want to wait or book an appointment, and since there was long line I booked an appointment the next weekend. I made sure to inform her that it's my first time filling taxes. So she took my infos. I go back 8 days after, 5 min before my scheduled appointment, waited 40 min ... Once my turn came I was asked to provide a passport so they can make sure when I arrived even though I had the date on top of my head.
