Have had incometax prepared by Dryden H&R for the last two years. They informed me about claims I can make because I need to travel 100 km for eye, dental, scans and scopes. Didn't work last year, at 72 I finally retired, was told with just OAS and CPP I could apply for GIS. I just received a letter from CRA that I qualified and will be backdated for past 12 months. Dodi is very professional and knowledgeable in taxes and accounting. Completes my taxes very quickly. Always available to answer any questions I have. I have seen her go above and beyond to help a few of my family members to get issues resolved with CRA. I will always have my taxes done at H&R Dryden
The only way to describe the Dryden H&R Block owner is as unprofessional, rude, condescending, and dishonest. I will never go back and I would never recommend their services. Do yourself a favour and find another tax service.
