Came in they had no one to do anything had to sign a bunch of papers and was told will call in two days called in a couple days the person wasnt in then ended up two weeks of waiting for my appointment to just have them call a few hours before the appointment to cancel and reschedule the next morning when i had to already take a day off and lose money because of this unprofessional unless and highly not recommending!
I don't even know where to start. Incompetent, dismissive, lied about my taxes being done. Passed me onto 2 other people as soon as they saw I was Native American, even refused to use the one T4 I had from working on reserve because it was filled in by hand. Gave me the run around for over 2 weeks. I finally just picked up my papers and went elsewhere.
