Came in they had no one to do anything had to sign a bunch of papers and was told will call in two days called in a couple days the person wasnt in then ended up two weeks of waiting for my appointment to just have them call a few hours before the appointment to cancel and reschedule the next morning when i had to already take a day off and lose money because of this unprofessional useless and highly not recommending!
Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience chez H&R Block Champlain pour ma déclaration d’impôts 2025. La personne qui s’est occupée de mon dossier ne maîtrisait visiblement pas les procédures fiscales. Elle “s’essayait” à trouver des réponses, ce qui n’inspire aucune confiance. Malgré un prix très élevé, mon dossier n’a même pas été clos correctement. Résultat : nous avons dû payer un autre comptable pour réviser et corriger l’ensemble du travail.
