Very unprofessional staff, not willing to walk through the process and wanting to over charge. Not going back, they are so disrespectful.
As a walk in the young lady at the front desk is a sweetheart, but I was seen by ruzanna. Although she has years of working with taxes, she's very rude and it doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing. She can't even see the computer or paper work...she uses a magnifying glass ....did I mention she also wears glasses. She was no help at all . Maria Vargas was excellent in my tax preparation; knows the right questions to ask and is very helpful in determining the right path/answer to give on a difficult tax situation.
Our tax pro took her time explaining the process and answering all our questions. She ran estimates and explained why they were different as we discussed filing options. Very thorough and patient!
