Very unprofessional staff, not willing to walk through the process and wanting to over charge. Not going back, they are so disrespectful.
As a walk in the young lady at the front desk is a sweetheart, but I was seen by ruzanna. Although she has years of working with taxes, she's very rude and it doesn't seem like she knows what she's doing. She can't even see the computer or paper work...she uses a magnifying glass ....did I mention she also wears glasses. She was no help at all .
