Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I had a very frustrating experience with H&R Block. I went in to have my taxes done, expecting professional and accurate service. Instead, they registered my return with the government under an entirely different last name, which caused serious issues with my CRA account. Rude manager, no interest in customer service at all. Lady at the desk was just as bad, told me to call head office even though I had spoken to the head office already and they had asked me to drop papers here. Generally, the customer service in Tecumseh is always fantastic, apart from this one place.
No option for zero stars. Total joke, no one in the building had any idea what they were doing.
Absolutely the BEST customer service I have seen in a while. I own a small business and use this location for my taxes. Was in the office the beginning of the month. Ann at the desk is so professional and wonderful at her job. Cynthia is knowledgeable and the best tax preparer I have had in years. The sign says "walk Ins Welcome" but I was turned away when the only customer in the building was me. Terrible customer service
