Absolutely the BEST customer service I have seen in a while. I own a small business and use this location for my taxes. Was in the office the beginning of the month. Ann at the desk is so professional and wonderful at her job. Cynthia is knowledgeable and the best tax preparer I have had in years. The sign says "walk Ins Welcome" but I was turned away when the only customer in the building was me. Terrible customer service

I was doing my taxes and I came across this well knowledged lady named Andrea that is very professional
This place is perfect example of elderly abuse and taking advantage of our vulnerable. The women at reception “Anne”, refused to explain to my mom, an elderly, why she was being charged more than her husband to get her taxes done. The lady spoke down to my mom calling her “honey” rather than her name or even Ma’am. I do not recommend this location. The lady didn’t not apologize for her rude attitude and rather justified it saying her coworkers were supporting her while listening. So disappointed
