In 2023 H and R Block Pembroke destroyed our income tax by claiming $10, 000.00 in medical renovations. We never had any to claim. They than wanted us to drum up receipts to make their mistake not look like a mistake. The only reason they knew we were doing anything is in personal conversation. They did not want to foot the bill or take accountability just wanted to get receipts of us to pretend they did not screw up and trigger a false audit. I have made the mistake on going to the top of Main Street to do my taxes and never again , what a nightmare . So happy I went to H and R block for my taxes they fixed the mistakes that were made and found other problems also . Thanks to Laura Godin and team on Saturday for the professional work . They contacted me to I for me they messed up my taxes due to not being able to follow simple directions on the form they require to be filled out. They are not tax professionals. Do not bring your business there. 100% would give zero stars if possible
