The people at this location do not understand English whatsoever. I'm having an issue with my tax return and they are the ones who filed it and I'm getting absolutely no assistance because they cannot communicate with me at all. Extremely frustrating, will not go here again. Not sure how you could hire someone for a job that requires a great understanding of the English language when they don't know it at all.
I had an Excellent Tax Professional Madeline, who prepared my 2024 taxes. She was very well spoken, & organized while completing my required information. I highly recommend her !!

We made an appointment for 5 PM and arrived on time, but unfortunately, we had to wait for an hour before anything started. This was very frustrating and showed a lack of organization. We hope this issue is addressed to prevent such delays in the future.
