The most inefficient service I've experienced. I know that many of us are learning new processes, but as “tax professionals,” they should advise on what’s best for the customer. My experience suggests they want to sell as many services as possible, even if unnecessary, to increase the ticket. This is my first time doing taxes here, and I heard that it was wise to go with tax experts for my first tax report, even if it was very straightforward: just one income and one tuition paid. Quick, efficient and friendly
Just wanted to give a shout out to Lilly and the staff @ the Rutherford location, I tried filling my taxes earlier in the week and could not get in due to a CRA issues but the effort, the kindness and level of service that Lilly and the rest of the staff provided was top notch, even though we were unsuccessful in filling the taxes it was not their fault, it was a CRA issues.
