I booked an appointment a week ahead of time here to do my taxes on a Saturday 16th of March. Got an email in Friday the 15th saying my appointment was canceled. Phoned immediately and was told no appointments available until the 26th. These guys really screwed me over. Would never trust them again. Upon reading reviews of this location I see I'm not the only one who has put their trust in them and been screwed over when it was crucial to get the work done agreed upon. Do not trust them!

Incredible service! Rene is the absolute best! He was so helpful and knows his stuff. He also helped us prepare better for next year. Also I will add that he made it fun! We laughed and had a great time. I would highly recommend Rene he is the best! Shout out to Sherri who was also very helpful. You can really tell you both are the dream team to work with. Thank you again and see you next year
Incredible service by Rene and Sherry. Rene was super helpful. My wife and I got our taxes done with him and we will definitely be back next year. Quick and easy and very helpful. I have been looking for a great place to do my taxes and now I know this is it! Rene you are the best !
Booked online and this appointment was 100% crucial. 2 days later I get a call to rebook because I booked online... they don't have a tax person in on Saturdays?.....really?.... isn't that the point of being open at urban block? Taxes getting done?... their online booking tool is a joke and I'm officially 100% screwed for my appointment I NEEDED this return to fund...thanks... you all do a fantastic job of being useful. Never....eeeeeever, in all my years, have I ever had a tax place say that. What an ever living joke..
