Did not enjoy my experience at all. The person completing my taxes was not helpful, and barely answered my questions. Everytime I asked a question he provided 0 explanation and just said no that’s not possible. Charged me over $200 because I had 3 T4s. I will be filing my own taxes myself next year for a fraction of the cost and to avoid such horrible service. Would not recommend this location to anyone. On another note the lady at the reception was lovely and answered my questions when I first got there.
I had a great experience at H&R Block thanks to Wasim! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. Highly recommend asking for Wasim if you want top-notch service!
