If I could, I’d give zero stars. Wasted time and gas for the whole place to be closed with no one in sight despite booking an appointment.. I completed my taxes here last year and it was okay, waited a long time to be seen despite an appointment but besides that it was ok. This year though, the H&R Block at 260 Front St in Belleville was horrible. Would not advise anyone going to the 260 Front street location. We had a meeting with Rabia Asad, unfortunately the front desk person was unprofessional in regards to the identification that could be accepted, as well. during our tax appointment, it had appeared that Rabia was not prepared. We had noticed from the very beginning that she was entering ALL of our information wrong, putting my husbands SIN as mine, and vice versa. Booking the apointment under a last name that isnt even me.
