The team at H&R Block in Campbellford is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I dropped off our tax returns to be prepared for us on Friday April 4th. We received a call yesterday (7th) that they were ready to be filed. We just left their office after signing and paying them for their outstanding work on our behalf. Their fee is extremely reasonable to boot! Thank you H&R for taking all the pain and anxiety out of tax season for us!
Stopped in for some information and the lady went far above and beyond being friendly and informative. It was a pleasure talking to her.
My partner was on the phone with one of the people to ask about how much it would be to file their tax return. The lady one the phone said she would call back on several occasions and never did. When she finally did she laughed at them and made them feel bad about asking about the price of filling. Ultimately we decided to take our taxes else where. She was rude and there was no reason for her to speak to anyone like that.
Lady that picked up the phone for my sister laughed at her on the phone and was being extremely rude when asking why her taxes were expensive. She laughed and acted like it was a joke to her instead of answering she decided to escalate the situation and laugh about. Do not recommend HR block in campbellford. Unless you would like to be taken as a joke.
So friendly, accommodating, and professional. They are fantastic at their jobs. Would highly recommend.
