**** 200$ for simple single tax filing. The customer service was fine 4/5. My taxes were filed in less than 20mins from when I walked in. I had made an appointment. There was no major issues with filing. My taxes are very simple. I usually did it myself. I decided to have someone file for me. I should have asked what the total price was going to be. Went in for an instant refund told them up front wanted it instantly. Had an appointment at 730 walked out at 920 with them doing and submitting my refund THEN telling us oh, our card processor isn’t working so you have to pay us now and we will net file your return and you will get it in two weeks. Not my problem your card reader isn’t working but waited till it was done and processed to tell us and then made us pay the up front for doing what we could of done for free on their website.
