Don't do your taxes here. Took 2.5 hours. The person wasn't trained properly and told us we owed money which wasn't right, so the supervisor had to re-do our taxes. We left knowing what our refunds were, then got emails from CRA saying we OWED money. So even after the supervisor fixed everything, they ended up filing the taxes WRONG after we left. We have the paperwork printed off showing our returns we agreed to before leaving for the night. Awful experience. Such a headache trying to getting it fixed. They're not helpful a... read more
