Filed my taxes in February, paid 600$ to file my taxes for me, gave the lady a card with my routing and account number, she mistyped my info and sent my refund elsewhere, they decided to send my check to an address that is undeliverable address that the irs had on file. H&r has a policy that if they lose your check they won’t reissue the check for 90 days. Filed in February still haven’t received my refund in almost July. Had a great experience here! I have been filing with TurboTax for the last 7 years, and this year I developed an issue with a form with which I typically have no problem. After much run around on the phone with service representatives, I gave up and decided to search for someone in person to help me instead. I chose here on a whim, and booked an appointment. Kevin was awesome at explaining my tax questions and very quick and professional
This was my first time using H&R Block for my taxes. I'm not all that impressed. We were coldly greeted by a burned-out receptionist. I wish I had asked for her name. She is middle aged, very short gray hair, and wears glasses. Customer service tip: Don't assume every person who walks in your door to be an unpleasant customer. She didn't smile once around anyone.
