Had my taxes prepared by H & R Block. Charged $164.00. IRS sent a letter stating I needed other documents to receive my refund. I called H & R Block in Athens TN where I had my taxes prepared and told the receptionist Kevin I had a question and before I could even complete my sentence was interrupted and told "they were not the IRS". The guy up front was short and rude. On a high horse like he's better than others. Zero help!
Not in the least helpful. They charge an arm and a leg and weren't any help at all

Filed my taxes in February, paid 600$ to file my taxes for me, gave the lady a card with my routing and account number, she mistyped my info and sent my refund elsewhere, they decided to send my check to an address that is undeliverable address that the irs had on file. H&r has a policy that if they lose your check they won’t reissue the check for 90 days. Filed in February still haven’t received my refund in almost July.
