What terrible service tried to file remotely online no communication called left 3 messages multiple messages online just to see if anyone was even working on my return. Did not receive 1 answer on anything. Its been a month now. Do not waste your time , I will be filing my own taxes. What a joke of a company. Completely useless.

We had a great experience doing our taxes for the first time. Deep was always so nice and helpful, answering our questions, and knowledgeable person.
Had an extremely simple tax return and while H&R block was happy to take my money, they missed putting 2 of my dependants on my tax return and getting a hold of anyone to help fix this issue has now lead to hours spent on hold, disconnections and transferring to another person which ultimately ends in a message machine or dropped call again. Very disappointed with the unprofessional service and lack of help fixing a mistake on their end. If you want a professional tax service and attention to detail, look elsewhere.
