Doing taxes and dealing with CRA is not something that I enjoy. I have been doing my family taxes with these guys for several years. They get insanely busy come tax time so get in early and yes, humans make mistakes as does CRA. They are very friendly and helpful to resolve issues that arise.

I wish I could do two separate reviews for the manager and the receptionist, as there would be two very different reviews written. The manager of this location is utterly unhelpful. We asked for assistance with creating a myCRA account for my father, as we could not access his previous tax returns in order to file the paperwork we were there for. He said he was unable to help us as we had not filed taxes at that location before (very different to what he said last weekend, as we had previously visited and were asked to retur... read more
Absolutely garbage. It took them 6 weeks to get my filing done. Instead of asking all the documents at once, they kept on asking one after another separately. Oh talking about the fees, 240$ to file the taxes is bizarre!!! They were better in 2023, somewhat ok in 2024 but this year it has been crazy services with jacked up prices! When the Qs were asked on how this number came up on a specific lines, they had no answers!
