I've been there twice. The first time they helped me get caught up on 6 years of taxes. And last year was easier and the service was amazing. Location was clean, and other employees seemed pleasant.
I was extremely happy with the service I received. They helped me beyond just having my taxes done with CRA advice on some issues I had without charging me extra. Highly recommend.
Went in there over a week ago now, was told I would get a call same day about my taxes. Now it's been a week, they made me sign paperwork to do nothing, my taxes are still not done. I've been to h & r every year for 10+ years but this experience has ruined it for me, I'll be doing my taxes via turbo tax going forward. The rep I met with her name was Susan, the manager also was talking to both of us, just seems horrible to tell a customer you would be calling same day then do absolutely nothing...
