Absolutely garbage. It took them 6 weeks to get my filing done. Instead of asking all the documents at once, they kept on asking one after another separately. Oh talking about the fees, 240$ to file the taxes is bizarre!!! They were better in 2023, somewhat ok in 2024 but this year it has been crazy services with jacked up prices! When the Qs were asked on how this number came up on a specific lines, they had no answers!
I just had the most pleasant interaction today with a wonderful lady! Her kindness when I called was absolutely wonderful. Sometimes customer service is lacking. I will take my business here just by the phone interaction. Thanks again for your kindness 😊
I've been there twice. The first time they helped me get caught up on 6 years of taxes. And last year was easier and the service was amazing. Location was clean, and other employees seemed pleasant.
I was extremely happy with the service I received. They helped me beyond just having my taxes done with CRA advice on some issues I had without charging me extra. Highly recommend.
