I wish I could do two separate reviews for the manager and the receptionist, as there would be two very different reviews written. The manager of this location is utterly unhelpful. We asked for assistance with creating a myCRA account for my father, as we could not access his previous tax returns in order to file the paperwork we were there for. Absolutely garbage. It took them 6 weeks to get my filing done. Instead of asking all the documents at once, they kept on asking one after another separately. Oh talking about the fees, 240$ to file the taxes is bizarre!!! They were better in 2023, somewhat ok in 2024 but this year it has been crazy services with jacked up prices! When the Qs were asked on how this number came up on a specific lines, they had no answers!
I just had the most pleasant interaction today with a wonderful lady! Her kindness when I called was absolutely wonderful. Sometimes customer service is lacking. I will take my business here just by the phone interaction. Thanks again for your kindness 😊
I've been there twice. The first time they helped me get caught up on 6 years of taxes. And last year was easier and the service was amazing. Location was clean, and other employees seemed pleasant.
