Wes is the only guy I use..he is great!
So the people are friendly, and easy to talk with. But that's the only positive. Charging almost 300 dollars to file single with a dependant. That is highway robbery, and there is no excuse for it. Not when there are services like Turbotax and E-file which are free. They also said I did not qualify for this and that, yet doing it myself with TurboTax I found out that I was eligible and qualified for things that H&R Block said that I was not. Never ever using this service again.
They bend over backwards to help you.
