Robyn is FANTASTIC! Professional, caring, helpful....Robyn is NOT the reason for 4 stars. The cost of getting your taxes done is and that is an HR Block issue. I have used accountants and firms over 25 yrs. in all my businesses. I'm kind of familiar with the fees they charge since I was charged monthly, quarterly and annually. HRB needs to reconsider their fee schedule.
I want to start by saying this office has the best staff of any H&R Block I have ever been to! Robyn was truly amazing with her expertise with my wife having a foreign income, and her patience with me having a hectic schedule for school. While providing the documents needed, and having technical difficulties: Kelly had her back and mine with helping consolidate all the paperwork and helping me with the H&R App. Truly a powerful duo over here, I’d recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you for being so great!!!
