I have been an H & R customer for over 40 years. I left H & R this year because of mistakes made on my 2023 return. I have been trying to get my 2023 return amended and keep getting the run around. On 5/12/25 I was told “l’ll call you on Monday” As of 6/7/25 I have not been called. The Tifton and Albany management sucks.
