This place (H&R Block - Mira Loma/Jurupa Valley)has terrible customer service, I advise you to not ever go to H&R Block for your taxes. Go to a reputable CPA who will have your best interest at heart. Lakisha Turner and the "manager" Melissa who is more of an ignorant, waste of a human being have no idea how to deliver proper customer service and are anything but tax "professionals".
