Everyone here was very nice yes how ever I only came and did my taxes bc I needed the cash advance loan which you have to file with them first then wait and see how much was approved, they tell ypu up to 4k and honestly it's a joke bc I didn't get not even near that amount they charge way to much in my opinion for something you can do on turbo tax
Mylene Villanueva. (Senior Tax Analyst at H&R Block) was friendly, courteous, and professional. Even though I owe taxes this year. She helped me set up a payment plan and lifted my spirit up to look forward to a better year!
They forgot to charge me for what I owed to the IRS. 4 months later, I get a IRS collections letter in the mail saying I owe $600 in interest and penalties. Called corporate customer service and they gave me the run around on hold twice. I have another call scheduled to fix this.. but the IRS told me they won’t waive the $600 fees.
I came to finish up my taxes and Mylene made the process very easy for me. Not only did she lower my stress level, but the process to get everything done was fairly quickly. Mylene and Denise were very professional and answered all of my questions to the best of their abilities. They also seemed like genuine caring people who truly wanted to help and I would recommend anybody who is heading to an H&R Block to go to this Wells Fargo location and ask for Mylene.
