These guys saved me about $250!! They saved me this money by never calling me back and thus forcing me to figure out my own taxes and answer my own questions. People on the phone were nice enough but they took my number and never called back.
We waited 15 minutes past our appointment time all to find out we were scheduled with someone who couldn't even handle our situation. Everytime we use them we have issues, last time they got our taxes wrong and still had us pay for the correction.
