I made an appointment through their website on a Friday. They called 1 1/2 hours before my Monday appointment to see if I had scheduled with the right person. I had not, but they the right person at Tuesday at 1 PM. Got there at ten till, at 1:15 the receptionist said my tax expert would be right with me. At 1:25 another expert said she had a cancellation and we would start.
