These guys saved me about $250!! They saved me this money by never calling me back and thus forcing me to figure out my own taxes and answer my own questions. People on the phone were nice enough but they took my number and never called back.
We waited 15 minutes past our appointment time all to find out we were scheduled with someone who couldn't even handle our situation. Everytime we use them we have issues, last time they got our taxes wrong and still had us pay for the correction.
This is the 3rd time and last issue I've had with H&R Block. This time, I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time to find out I wasn't scheduled with someone who could hand LLC taxes. The time before this, the 'Tax Pro' almost cost me $15,000, and they still made us pay to fix the issue THEY caused! On another occasion, I was stuck waiting an hour past my scheduled appointment because they pushed someone else ahead of me but didn't bother telling me how long the wait would be. I will NEVER use H&R Block again.
