Monika was super amazing and the team amazing service
After a mistake made by the CRA with my return that was paid to me by quick cash back option. To get cash back h & r block must make sure that I don't owe the government money..then I get mail stating that I owe them the return and I have 10 days to pay it or it goes to collections..This was their idea of a nice way to reach out to a client for the first time on this matter.
