If I could leave -5 stars, where do I even start receptionist is clueless as to what’s going on. Phones me the first time to cancel my appointment on short notice then books me in for the next Day at 9:30am. Showed up and there’s 2 other people waiting which one went up and got mad asking if he should come back because it was 9:55 at that point and his appointment was at 9:30 also and she was giggling about it saying sorry that he would be in soon.
